Experienced CollisionTechnicians (10+ Years Experience)
We are seeking experienced technicians who bring strong repair knowledge, attention to detail, and leadership within the shop environment.
Responsibilities may include structural repairs, diagnostics, body repair, and working with advanced vehicle technology.
Technicians with extensive experience play a key role in maintaining the quality standards that define our shop.
TECHNICAL CURIOSITY
Collision Technicians
(3+ Years Experience)
We are also looking for technicians with a few years of experience who are eager to continue learning and building their skills.
These technicians often bring strong technical curiosity and are comfortable working with digital diagnostics, EV platforms, and modern vehicle systems.

PRECISION ASSESSMENT
Estimator Opportunities
Estimators play an important role in the repair process. They are often the first point of contact for customers and help guide them through the next steps after an accident.
We are looking for detail-oriented estimators who can assess vehicle damage, prepare accurate repair estimates, and communicate clearly with both customers and insurance companies.
Strong communication skills, organization, and a good understanding of collision repair are key in this role. Experience with modern estimating systems and vehicle technology is a plus.
COLOR MASTERY
Paint Department Opportunities
Our paint department is a key part of delivering high-quality results. We are looking for painters and paint prep technicians who take pride in their work and understand the importance of a clean, consistent finish.
Responsibilities may include surface preparation, color matching, refinishing, and ensuring vehicles are restored to their original appearance.
