We are establishing a new location and are looking to employ all roles. CSR, A-B techs, entire paint department, detail, estimators....

OE centric repairs following manufacturer guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Repair or replace damaged vehicle parts using hand and power tools, including welding

Prepare surfaces for refinishing, including sanding, masking, and priming

Refinish vehicle surfaces using paint and clear coat, ensuring a perfect match with the vehicle's original finish

Ensure the highest levels of quality control by inspecting repairs and refinishing work

Communicate effectively with colleagues, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the repair process

Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Min 2 years experience

Valid drivers license

High School Diploma or equivalent

Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques, tools, and materials

Pay rate subject to experience

Physical Requirements:

Ability to kneel, bend and squat, as well as lift up to 45 pounds.

Ability to ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and the like.

Ability to move self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.

Ability to operate motor vehicles including RVs or heavy equipment.

Ability to physically operate various equipment and power tools including vehicle equipment.

Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.

Ability to work in excessive environmental conditions including but not limited to: High and Low temperatures, outdoor elements, noisy environments, hazardous conditions, poor ventilation, small and/or enclosed spaces.

Vision abilities including close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Ability to communicate within the shop environment orally and audibly, including ability to hear notifications of warnings of hazards.
